About the role
As Head of Strategy and Growth, you define digital growth strategies and set direction across projects — bringing together insights from data, CRM, design, and development into clear priorities and actions.
Your core responsibility is to define direction — turning inputs from different disciplines into a cohesive strategy. You work across data, technology, and user behaviour to ensure that initiatives are focused, aligned, and drive measurable growth.
You also play a key role in evolving our strategy and growth offering — ensuring it remains relevant, differentiated, and commercially strong over time. While the role is primarily strategic, you stay close to execution and actively support key phases when needed to ensure ideas translate into real impact.
What you’ll do
Define digital strategies and roadmaps across clients
Turn data and insights into clear direction and priorities
Guide decisions and help teams move forward with clarity
Present recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Drive how brands are discovered across search and AI-driven environments
Identify opportunities where data, technology, and AI can drive new solutions and improvements
Work closely with specialists to ensure strategy is implemented and optimised
Step in during key phases to support teams hands-on and help unblock progress when needed
Evolve and strengthen our strategy and growth offering
How you’ll work
Collaborate closely with CRM specialists, data analysts, designers, developers, and client Leads
Bring together different perspectives into one clear direction
Ensure alignment between business goals, strategy, and execution
Stay close enough to execution to ensure quality, speed, and continuous improvement
Act as a senior voice in shaping both client direction and internal ways of working
Experience
7+ years of experience in digital strategy, growth, product, or similar roles
Strong understanding of key growth levers such as Paid Media, SEO, CRM, and CRO — with experience working closely with these disciplines in practice
Strong understanding of how platforms, content, and data connect
Comfortable presenting and guiding clients
Profile
Strong interest in understanding clients’ businesses and identifying opportunities for growth and development
Confident presenting and communicating strategies, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Structured, proactive, and communicative
Comfortable working across multiple projects
Curious about AI and new ways of working
Able to move between strategic direction and execution when needed to drive progress and results
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
